The simplicity and quiet tone of this piece was intentional. Jesus told us in Matthew 28:20, "And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." But sometimes in our lives we can feel discouraged because God seems so far away and silent. This piece serves to remind us that His quiet presence is always with us even when we don't feel it.
